Overview
Michaels Rewards is a service of Michaels. This program is provided for all eligible colleagues of Michaels. All users of this website agree that their access to and use of this website are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws. Any access is undertaken at the user’s own risk. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice.
Eligibility:
Michaels Rewards is limited to current Michaels colleagues. Points earned in the program cease to exist when this eligibility is severed. No credit, transfer, or redemption of Reward Points is available after eligibility is severed.
Changes and Disputes:
Michaels reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change the program at any time.
All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of rewards, the availability of rewards or points, the terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by Michaels at its sole discretion. Michaels reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
Participation Enrollment:
Each eligible colleague is automatically enrolled in the Michaels Rewards program and will use their registration code and last name to gain access to the Michaels Rewards website. Upon initial login, participants may create their username and personal password.
Redemption and Deduction of Points:
1. Any Reward Points not redeemed before termination from program separation will expire.
2. Reward Points may only be used to redeem for items in the online catalog. Points are not redeemable for cash.
3. The Reward Points you accrue do not constitute your property. You cannot transfer Reward Points to another participant. Reward Points have no monetary value except to the extent specifically provided for by a reward.
Claiming a Reward:
1. Michaels Rewards reserves the right to modify catalog items available in the Reward Points online catalog at any time and without notice.
2. When you have obtained sufficient points, you may redeem an item(s) from those described in the online catalog.
3. Catalog items are subject to availability and substitutions may be made based on availability or market conditions.
Taxes:
Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to applicable federal, state and/or local taxes. Payment of taxes resulting from these awards is the sole responsibility of the participating employee and not Michaels or any of its affiliates or agents. Michaels will report earnings under this program in accordance with federal, state and local regulations.
Statements of Michaels Rewards Reward Points Earned:
This website provides eligible participants with details of transactions, as well as Michaels Rewards Point balances.
Termination of Program:
Michaels Rewards reserves the right to terminate the Michaels Rewards at any time without prior notice to you. If the program is suspended or terminated, any unredeemed Reward Points must be redeemed within one month of the date of termination of the program.
Participation Program Tracking:
It is the responsibility of each eligible participant to use their awarded points to redeem items form the Michaels Rewards online catalog. Awarded points can only be redeemed for items presented in the Reward Points online catalog.
Promotional Events:
From time to time, Michaels, at its discretion, may sponsor events intended to promote participation in the Michaels Rewards. These events may be terminated at any time, without cause or warning.
Privacy Notice:
